JUST GOT THIS FREAKING COMPUTER, HAVEN'T HAD TIME TO SCREW ANYTHING UP YET! PLEASE TELL ME WHAT THESE ARE, IF THEY'RE FALSE POSITIVES

I RAN MALWAREBYTES IN DEVELOPER MODE, BUT HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO TURN IT INTO ZIP OR RAR.
