After removing "Antivirus Suite"

I followed the directions for removing the AV Suite Malware (which is actually how I found Malwarebytes). After removal, I looked at the protection logs and it seems that something is still persistently trying to open an explorer window (every fifteen seconds), but malwarebytes is not finding the culprit in its scans. What else can I do?
