Cannot remove some virus

i am a newbie and if i post at wrong category, please forgive me. My problem is, after i quick scan my computer, i get these virus

and i deleted them all but still, i cannot open task manager. And i quick scan again, i get the same virus ... i delete them all again and ntg change. I still cannot open task manager and i still get the same virus when i start a new quick scan

without other scan can, just malwarebyte log can ? because this computer is my brother and mine so he dun allow me to download other thing (scare virus)

You should explain to your brother that is not so easy and probably we'll use other tools to clean his computer.

my brother said if we had the same problem with other pple who cannot delete the 5 viruses, what is the solution ? he said our problem is similar to those pple.

No similar cases! Have different programs, different information, therefore, consider each case individually. This information can not figure out what interests me. We will work or not?
