MBAM Won't Run - XP Occasionally Won't Boot

Hello, I'm trying to run MBAM but the window will only last roughly 5 - 6 seconds until it automatically closes. I've ran several AV programs (Avira, Symantec) & they have found nothing.

My PC Symptoms are sometimes won't let me log out, sometimes won't let me log in. Computer becomes locked after a random period of time and it won't let me log back in (regardless of account). Attached is my HiJackThis Log File:
