After AVSUITE now have IE redirector, Any suggestions?

I had a quick infection from AVSUITE and another AV fraud site. After cleaning the infections with Mbam in Admin safe mode and follow up with Spybot S&D, now the computer runs fine until i get on the internet. Everytime i do a google search for something and click a link i get redirected to some Random site (ie Open Web Shopper, cheapslickerDOTcom, freezinewebDOTcom) is there any way to stop this? I have already unchecked Proxy and cleaned again, now i get nothing from the scans.
