Need Help to rid Just-in-time debugger AND internet redirect

I need help in figuring out what the problem that remains on my computer is...

We had an infection of AV Suite and unfortuantely fell for the scam. Used malwarebytes to rid computer of AV suite, but computer has lingering effects. Internet explorer constantly redirects or opens new addresses like pop-ups, computer is slower, and J-I-T debugging continually pops-up. Please help.
