unblock a file?

i use a program for my online game i play. and when i first downloaded malware back in january it found a malware in the program i use, and blocked it, but the problem is, i need what it blocked! how do i unblock it?

Hello.

When presented with the alert from the Protection Module, choose 'Ignore' and the file will load. You may then have to add those files associated with that program to ignore upon your next scan.
