Program startup problems

I recently purchased this program after discovering some malware on my computer- specifically drr.exe, drq.exe and iexplore.exe. I installed and updated okay, but after restarting, the program will not run. I mean, I click the icon but it doesn't open. I am also running Adaware and Spybot in the background. Can anyone offer advice? Thank you!

There was no need to purchase the program in order to scan and remove Malware. Those features are free for HOME USERS ONLY (not Business, Gov, School, Charity, etc)

We don't work on Malware removal in the general forums.

Please print out, read and follow the directions here, skipping any steps you are unable to complete. Then post a NEW topic here.

One of the expert helpers there will give you one-on-one assistance when one becomes available.
