login question

I noticed that when I goto login to my malwarebytes acount if I have not put in the login name or password and hit login it opens up various sites not tied to malwarebytes. Any ideas?

A silly question , but why do you not put in your login name and password ??

Do you get redirected if you do it the normal way ??

Apart from what noknojon asked, one more question: do you get redirected when you click the links in some google search results?

I just noticed it when I forgot to put in the info by mistake.

once the info is added I get directed properly.

I realize it is weird.

I do not get the please enter your name box as suggested gtyhfy

could it be that a virus has latched on to that process on my machine?

I get clean scans.

After a little more bit of testing, you may also have these two kinds of error messages after entering part of the log in information:

I realize it is getting second windows poping up on google look ups as well.

Scans by malwarebytes and avg and microsoft pc scanner are all clear

I thoght it might be better if I am a little more specific about the redirects.

when I do a google search I get the usual list of sites.

when I choose a site i will first go to a redirected site. If I close that site and click back onto the link I originally requested I will get the proper site the secod time
