Two possible false positives?

Hi all.

This morning after fearing a Blackhat SEO attack, I ran a Malwarebytes scan and found the following:

Submission of both files to Virustotal gave me no malicious results. I can provide samples from quarantine, if necessary. Could someone please advise on both? I notice the vcredist executable has been submitted by other users, but I see nothing about the one hiding in the installer directory... Thanks for any help!

Awesome. Thanks very much for this... Just to be clear, though, before I restore from quarantine: Does this mean that these scan results were both false positives, and that I should not worry about them? I'm trying to decide if I need to panic and reformat/change all passwords right now, but I don't want to do that if I don't have to.
