accessing update server

i'm fairly certain this error is because I am behind a corporate firewall. Can I get IP address of update server to enter in router config??

There are several repairs for this problem but as it is a corporate setup you should list your Order number from Cleverbridge and then

you should contact Corporate @ malwarebytes

Note: If using a software firewall besides the built in Windows Firewall you'll need to exclude MBAM.EXE from it -

Note: Once that's done, please make sure that if either of those programs has any sort of web filter, that you add the following as a trusted site:

data-cdn.mbamupdates.com

You do not list the number of units affectet by this or your primary Anti Virus program -

thank you, i will check the web filter as well. now that you mention it, I've a feeling that's the culprit.
