No Icons or Task bar

I ran MWbytes, found some issues, rebooted and get my wall paper but no icons, taskbar or start button. even in safe mode and administrator which is the only other user.

Please list your Operating System (XP, Vista, Win7) and your Antivirus - Mine is always listed (in signatures) on the forums I use in case it is needed -

Can you update your Malwarebytes to Version 4226 then use System Restore to take you back to the time this occured -

If the infection returns we can then remove it -
