Firefox users are howling that a widely-used browser add-on designed to protect them from unwanted cookie tracking has been automatically updated with what they see as overly intrusive "bloatware".

I've use ABP since it was developed.. But it doesn't cover everything. That's why I also use NOSCRIPT as well as the BEEF TACO experimental

Sets permanent opt-out cookies to stop behavioral advertising by 90 different advertising networks, including Google, Yahoo, Microsoft, all members of the Network Advertising Initiative, and many other companies.

So far the experimental has worked as advertised.

No Overstuffed TACO for me.

Like I told Buttons a few days ago; I'd settle for a darned TACO (hamburger; sub, gyro, etc, et al) that had as much meat and stuff as the fillings shown in the same item during a commercial shoot and broadcast on TV.
