Good Morning Experts!

My laptop is practically unusable, due to some kind of infection (according to Dell Support who downloaded Malwarebytes for me). But Malwarebytes and McAfee both, duly updated, after a full scan, find nothing. HijackThis doesn't find anything new or out of the ordinary. Have cleared tempfiles, eliminated any 'services' that I did not know from a trusted source, run SysInternals utilities to see what is starting up and running.

Followed the instructions in http://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?showtopic=9573 and got as far as DDS & Attach log. When trying to get a GMER log, the Rootkit Scanner ran for a while then I got a blue screen. I know we're supposed to wait on hijackthis, but since I've already done it, I've attached that log as well. All are zipped.

Laptop runs OK in 'safe mode with networking'. But when booted into normal mode, it's almost impossible to open and save a file, explore to a file, run a program... I get popup errors such as 'can't find system resources'... will try to download HijackThis as it appears to be popular on this forum. In the tray to the right, I see TWO icons for networks, frozen on acquiring an IP address... where I usually just see one for my Wifi. Neither Systinternals ProcExp nor the out-of-box Task Manager will run in normal mode, so that I could kill a process.

Will be happy to pay for MalwareBytes (and recommend it to everybody), if there's someone listening up there, if I know that there's support, and that they'll add a detection for whatever this is that I have, that's so good at evading detection.

Thanks!
