Trojanhorsegeneric17.cnog

I've searched around and found that recently there have been a few others having problems with a virus of this same name but found no solutions that worked for me.

I've run several scans with a few different programs and they all report no infections but continue to get messages that say"threat detected Trojanhorsegeneric17.cnog"

The only thing i can see the virus doing is filling the C:\WINDOWS\Temp folder with empty folders with random 4 letter names.

Can anyone help me get rid of this?
