undetected adware by malware

Have run malwarebytes antimalware 2 ,3 times trying to find what spyzooka has indicated is on my computer, listed below are the results of spyzooka scan.

se.dll Hijacker [adware]

registry:software\microsoft\internet

CWS aboutblank [Adware]

Registry:PROTOCOLS\Filter/html

Registry:SOFTWARE\Classes\PROTOCOLS\Filter\text/html

useing unregistered copy of SpyZooka Must buy to remove

IF indeed these are on my computer can't understand why malware can't locate them
