when malwarebytes pops-up with it blocked right click the the "M" in the system tray and you will be able to allow it from there hope that helps

The question you should be asking is Why do I have to unblock the site?

Malware sites are blocked for valid reasons and if you choose to ignore the warnings then your system could be infested with malware.

If you are using torrent software then this could be one of the reasons as torrents are loaded with malware.
