Feature Request: Manually Add a website to block

Hi,

Great software btw.

Unless I have missed a feature in there, I'd love to see more control over the website/IP blocking ability. A customised blacklist of sites to manually add & remove websites or ip addresses would be great! I know you can manually add to ignore list, but you need to have visited the site for it to offer the ignore; and know which one it's referring to based on just the number alone.

Just my thoughts...

It is under review to add this feature but when or if it will be available is unknown at this time.
