internet usage tracker

One of our users got a fake antivirus spyware and I cleaned it with superantispyware and malwarebytes, however watching the usage on our bandwidth that computer seems to be using a lot. We don't have a good tool for monitoring bandwidth usage on one machine, does anyone know of a good free one or a trial one we can use temporarily to see if this computer is still infected and the virus is working over the bandwidth? Thanks
