Help!!!

And my pc is screwed. I am pretty clueless when i cpmes to pc's. Hence falling for the stupid scam int he first place. ANyway. I downloaded your anti-malware software and it seemed to work. However one stubborn box kept popping up saying along the lines of:

themed32.dll cannot be deleted. Restarting my solve this problem.

It hasnt. And now all my monitor displays is my desk top photo. All my windows has disappeared and nothing at all comes up. I can control alt delete and get that box up but that is it.

Sometimes another message pops up. Along the same lines as the one above but for mnt.analgue

Also the pc keeps asking me to install new device for plug and play? If I say go ahead and install - microsft message pops up warning me to cease installation as dangerous.

Im so upset !!
