I had a tracking/malware infection a few weeks ago and the software removed it. (something Norton didnt pick up). Now I know I have another one and the software says I don't. (Certain words are underlined and in green and link to stupid websites, just like last time.) How do I get rid of this?

Any help really appreciated.
