Recommended Posts

I have a machine that was infected. I was able to check for updates and and run a full scan yesterday, removing viruses. Today I tried to check for updates again and I get this message:

An error has occurred. Please report this error code to our support team

Help?

Thanks!

  • After the computer restarts, temporarily disable your Anti-Virus and install the latest version of Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from here

Usually a firewall or routing issue, but could be that the web application is down. You will need to troubleshoot to determine which.

Please post with your Operating System (XP Vista Win7) and your Antivirus and Firewall -

Try the item posted by Firefox first -

Disable your Firewall for a while and see if the problem is solved -

I'm having same problem after I did the MBAM and updated to the April 27th malware version.

Again:

Compaq presario c770us notebook.

with Windows Vista 32bit

Dual core

And I can't register my pro either. It says my information is invalid from the box I got at wal mart. So far I'm not impressed with this program. :P

I am sorry but how much did you pay for that "Box" at Wal mart -

I did not know they were Resellers of Registered versions - Did you get a Key and ID from them -

It is normal to only register 'on line' via Cleverbridge - You are then sent an email that contains the Key and ID -

You then Copy and Paste the details into the Registration area of Malwarebytes ??

Please reply - Thank you - :P

EDIT - Always use the ADD REPLY Tab at the bottom of the page - Thank You -
