Win32/PSW.WOW.NQZ

So I accidentally ran a malicious file on my main computer ( I was only using it to submit a file ) but my security software was able to detect it and delete it.

What I was unable to do is detect with Malwarebytes.

Here is the file I sent in.

http://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?showtopic=53234

installed the following file: C:\Users\Jason\Desktop\4475746.dll

What I don't know is what else it installed I was only able to find one registry key to

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run/Configuring

Which had a value of rundll32.exe C:\Users\Jason\AppData\Local\Temp\4475746.dll,W

If I removed the dll and this entry can I assume I removed the threat? Can Malwarebytes perhaps be updated to remove this threat for me?
