Luddite needs HELP re-installing Mal Anti-Malware

Recommended Posts

Good Evening,

Well, when it rains it pours...first my Dell monitor dies on me...and last week my desktop (Dimension 4600c) also committed suicide. I, alas, never had the opportunity to backup all my files, yet I did manage to copy to disk the full (paid) version of Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware.

The Problem I'm facing is re-installing the program/software.

My new replacement desktop is a Dell Inspiron 530 (unfortunately it runs on Vista) and I had hoped that simply loading the FujiFilm disc (on which I had stored Mal Anti-Mal) would do the trick (via autoplay & Install Wizard), yet not so.

I transfered the disc's contents to documents, yet when I open the file I get the following options:

catchme.sys

COMCTL32.OCX

License

mbam

mbam.dll

mbam

mbam.sys

mbamext.dll

mbamservice

mbamtrayctrl

ssubtmr6.dll

unins000.dat

unins000

unis000.msg

vbalsgrid6.ocx

zlib.dll

So, that having been said what do I have to do to properly re-install Malwarebytes Anti-Malware on this comp?

I thank you in advance for all your help and understanding,

Blondie
