please help review this hijack readout

I am having problems with firefox crashing and ACT!2005 not starting. Both forums say I have a malware. Malwarebytes starts but soon handsup and does not finish. I have run CCleaner and Clam antivirus - which gives me no threats but several files where permission is deined.
