Help Redirect Virus

Every time i go to any search engine i get redirect somewhere else i tried using many programs to solve the problem

but they don't seem to find it.. i just used GMER but i don't know how to use it.. this is the results i got

Download DDS by sUBs and save it to your Desktop.

Double-click on the DDS icon and let the scan run. When it has run two logs will be produced, please post the one that is not minimized.
