Redirects & IPblocking

After doing a system restore to get rid of AV Security scam/malware I bought the Malwarebytes package hoping to prevent this from happening again. Now I'm getting browser redirects and constant ip blocking messages. A full scan with McAfee found one additonal virus in addition to the three malware files Malwarebytes found. A second scan using McAfee & MWB found nothing. Needless to say this is getting rather annoying. Short of reformatting the HD and reloading windows is there a way to fix this?

• Please print out, read, and follow the directions here, skipping any steps you are unable to complete. Then post a NEW topic here.
