I P blocking

I keep getting notification from Malwarebytes that an attempt to access an IP address has been blocked.

I scanned with Malwarebytes, Spybot Search and Destroy, and McAfee and found no spyware etc. What

can I do to determine the originator of these requests? Below is one log of the blocked IP requests.

I don't known what happened to my post. I have been working with elise025 for several days. The last reply by me was a log created by merging CFScript with

ComboFix that created a log C:\ComboFix.txt. Elsieo25 requested this.

What is going on? Am I being dumped?
