If I buy the full version will it get rid of the Rootkit agent?

I'm at wits end. Does the paid version have tech support?

Can I download it on a thumbdrive because my PC won't let me get on the internet.

The free version would more than likely get rid of the rootkit you have. Also weather you have the free version of the paid version, you can get free tech support here on the forum. Of course having the Pro version would probably have prevented you from getting infected in the first place.
