Trojan.FakeAlert

I have advertising and porn pop-ups appearing over the past week. I have website blocking turned on and Malwarebytes blocks a website every few minutes. Scans over the past few days have removed: Trojan.FakeAlert, Adware.agent.N & Rogue.MS.Antivi... / they are still in quarantine. I think I stupidly clicked on a link that appeared saying my Java software was out of date. I'm wondering if that's not how I got infected. This morning I turned off website blocking and a porn pop-up appeared. I did a full scan today and Trojan.FakeAlert was removed but it always comes back. My computer is working fine but obviously something is still infecting it.

I'm running Windows 7, 64 bit.
