anti malware doctor removal help

Recommended Posts

So I came across this virus yesterday night looking around streaming video sites.

Malwarebytes seems to find the program but it wont remove it for some reason. Also the virus wont allow me to access the internet for some reason. Also everytime i run a scan it finds more and different crap then before. It keeps saying it "deletes" the program but it continues to reappear. :)

This is the Malawarebytes log after the scan.

Hello,

Let me suggest you disconnect this pc from internet. Then run a Full scan with MBAM (even though your defnitions do need updating).

After that, run Disk Cleanup from Windows system accessories menu.

Next, Disable the options "Automatically detect settings" and "Use automatic configuration script."

To do this:

1. Open Internet Explorer.

2. Click "Tools," and then click "Internet Options."

3. Click "Connections," and then click "LAN Settings."

4. Make sure the check boxes for "Automatically detect settings" and "Use automatic configuration script" are not selected.

Then reconnect pc to internet and do a full scan with your antivirus.

Be aware we cannot help you diagnose your specifics & remove malware in this sub-forum.

Let me suggest, if you're an MBAM customer, you contact the help desk at support@malwarebytes.org

Alternatively, Please print out, read and follow the directions here, skipping any steps you are unable to complete. Then post a NEW topic here.

One of the expert helpers there will give you one-on-one assistance when one becomes available.

After posting your new post make sure under options that you select Track this topic and choose one of the Email options so that you're alerted when someone has replied to your post.

Please post there Gmer.txt log

the DDS logs

Don't post your logs here.
