The site is sitting on an OVH owned IP, 213.186.33.4, which also contains quite a few hacked websites that contain malicious code, which is why it's blocked.The IP will be unblocked when either most of the sites are cleaned/suspended, or they're all cleaned/suspended (whichever happens first). If they're housing malicious content and ignoring abuse reports, they're going to get blocked - OVH are completely ignoring abuse reports thus far. However, there are no longer enough still carrying such, to warrant the continued blocking of the IP, and as such, the block has been removed.
