jpeg upload failed

Recommended Posts

I'll look into why IPB is not allowing you to upload that.

Error 5 means the file could be not installed because it is in use. Uninstall Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, restart your computer, and reinstall it. This should solve the problem :P.

I was eventually able to upgrade to v1.19. I got the Code 5 error message on two computers, but Retry worked on one. The other one I had to Abort. Even after running CCleaner and rebooting and trying to upgrade to 1.19 again, the Code 5 would still appear. Finally, when I was creating another screenshot of the error message, the Retry worked and all is well.

The inability to upload the jpeg was confusing as well, so I thought I would create a topic on it.

For some reason mbam.exe was running. Try to terminate it in task manager.

As I pointed out above, "Finally, when I was creating another screenshot of the error message, the Retry worked and all is well."

So, V1.19 is installed now on both computers. And I was able to post a screenshot of the Code 5 error message by converting the jpg to a gif file.
