Scheduled Tasks

Recommended Posts

Hello everyone,

I just downloaded the program, I wanted to know if you can run a scheduler with the free version.

Last night I created two tasks:

"E:\Program Files\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\mbam.exe" /updateterminate

"E:\Program Files\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\mbam.exe" /fullscanterminate

but this morning tasks were not performed.

There is something wrong in my operation?

Best regards

Daniele

You cannot use the built-in Scheduler without purchase and registration. Using Windows scheduler with the free version will allow some limited functionality but the paid version with active protection is much more powerful.

for my features the free version is perfect, just that I understand why the task did not go running ...

Please read the help file again as those are not valid commands.

Perfect.

I change the tasks in:

"E:\Program Files\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\mbam.exe" /update

"E:\Program Files\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\mbam.exe" /scan -full -log

I hope not to have been wrong again.

Thanks for everything!

Daniele

I agree with AdvancedSetup that the paid version with active protection is much more powerful and with a one time fee is very reasonable for the additional protection that Malwarebytes performs with malicious Website Blocking and schedule cusomization.
