Malicious website! ~ Not sure what section to put this in!

I've recently recieved a malicious looking e-mail with the following text:

Hey =))

I know what n why you did to me...

get me here....

(Don't worry, it's not hyperlinked )

The link that was hyperlinked to 'get me here..' was:

hxxp://strange-im-blocked.info/

It looks like a website that steals your IM account by faking that it will show who blocked you.

I of course, did not visit the site itself for security reasons but I used a security report I generated to see screenshots of the site.
