Need help please *Antispyware Soft*

Well, basicly last night I started getting this thing popping up telling me my computers infected and that its found all these things. Never seen it before so I figured it is rogue, which it is, but I can't get rid of it. It closes all my programs, I tryed running Mbam and it got closed by this, i tryed running other programs and they got closed as well by this rogue , I can't even do anything like listen to music , watch a movie on media player because this thing just closes all of those programs telling me that there all infected. It's really getting on my nerves that i've tryed so many things, and I was directed here by somebody saying I could be help, does anyone have a clue on how I can stop this thing? All I can basicly do is use Firefox

I tryed to just screenshot what the thing looks like but I have nowhere to paste it, not even on paint, because it just gets closed down by this Antispyware Soft

I also just had this computer fixed like 4 days ago and I really cannot afford to pay for somebody to come and fix it again. If anyone can help me I would really really appreciate it.
