IP Blocks keep popping up

I just bought and installed Malware Bytes, and I'm getting IP Blocks. I searched topics, and I saw to post my Malware bytes log, and the DDS log. They are below. Am I infected, and if so, what do I do?

Hi,

Please post attach.txt part of DDS too. Are those IP blocked popups appearing when you try to access certain site or in some other specific situation?
