Multiple Trojans/viruses - Please help

Hi,

I have got a mega virus/Trojan/malware problem on a laptop given to me by a friend.

My first problem is that it has 4 user accounts running on Vista Home Basic SP1. Whatever I do, it does not allow me to install SP2.

One of those is an Admin account which is what I am using to remove these Trojans etc.

To begin with, I tired to download MBAM, but the internet is not working.

So I used a different system to download it and then install it using the USB stick. But it wouldn
