M K Posted May 17, 2010 ID:251616 Share Posted May 17, 2010 After the scan is done, I get a pop up saying that the scan is done and I shall press on some button to view the results of the scan. As soon as I click on the "ok" button from the pop up window, Malware Bytes shuts down without recording anything and I have to restart the program and run the scan again. Any suggestions? Staff screen317 Posted May 18, 2010 Staff ID:252176 Share Posted May 18, 2010 Hi and welcome to Malwarebytes.Were there infections detected before you clicked the Results button?Are you experiencing symptoms of infection?Download DDS by sUBs and save it to your Desktop.Double-click on the DDS icon and let the scan run.
