I have Malwarebytes scheduled to scan once a day a full scan at 1:00 a.m.

Last few days it is opening and scanning all day long- 4 programs at one time.

I tried reinstalling from the disc. Still same problem happening.

Hi Dafne -

Have you fully read This Page on how to set the scheduler to what you want -

Please read the full pages and reset your tabs to suit what you want -

Post back if you still have problems -

Thank You - :)

I did the scheduler just like it shows.

I scheduled scan to run 1 x a day, and update to run hourly.

However, the scan is running many times a day- opening 4 programs of Malware at a time.

What do you think is causing that to happen?

I only have 1 Malware installed.

Hi again -

Due to the fact that there seems to be a minor corruption in your copy of the program this is the best option -

Please Un/Re install the program and ALL your settings will be removed - You can then reset the scheduler on a clean slate -

As you have not listed your Operating System I have included all options - Select the one to suit yours - Then follow the directions listed below -

Refer back to the Cleverbridge email to re enter your ID and KEY when you have finished the reinstall -
