Unable to delete infected registry items

I am unable to delete and remove the following infected registry items. After I delete and remove them I run the full scan again and they are back again. I have run the scan 4 times:

You'll have to do more checking and follow-up, but we cannot help you remove traces or actual malware -in this particular sub-forum. You most likely have a re-infector of some sort. The latest versions of 'malwares' have multiple ways of repopulating themselves, and even MBAM as a single tool (in such cases) will not suffice.
