My laptop is giving problems. Pls help i am novice

Hi

My computer is behaving very erratically.

- if i press backspace or arrow keys it suddenly types letter c

- the windows key is not working

- alt+tab combination is not working

- if i try to switch on the speakers the volume control automatically slides down to Zero.
