Adding to Ignore List

How do you add things to the ignore list? Malwarebytes has detected a malicious process attempting to start, I know it's a false positive, so I click on "Ignore". But it is not appearing in the ignore list. Everythime I restart the machine, I get the same error, I keep clicking on Ignore, it comes back again at next restart. What do I do to keep this message from coming up?

The developers are aware of this false positive issue and are looking into it.

There is currently no way to permanently add an item to be ignored by the file execution portion of the Protection Module, only the scanner and the Website Blocker.

That seems a pity, as the program keeps telling me every single day that unicows.dll is a trojan packer. It's actually a dll file that belongs to a legitimate copy of Atlantis Word Processor. This file has been brought up long ago, but it's still triggering a false positive. I've yet to get an infection using Malwarebytes, but it's annoying that it doesn't remember I selected ignore unicows.dll.

Well, no way to edit my post above, so sorry for the double post. Turns out that unicows.dll is only needed for Windows 98 and below. It is not needed for anything newer than Windows 98. The developer claims that the current version of Atlantis does not install this dll file, but it most certainly does.
