Purchased full version - helped a little - still having issues

Not sure what to do.

I had the antispyware soft - purchased the full version of malware bytes. That helped a little. But I when I use my internet I still get redirected to a different site 80% of the time. I cannot access the malware bytes site AT ALL.

I am visiting the malware forum @ my work computer hoping to learn a fix & bring home.

Hello eclamer and welcome to the forums here at MalwareBytes.

This infection sets a proxy to restrict browsing so fix that first.

Open Internet Explorer:

• On the menu bar Click Tools, then select Internet Options
  
• Click on the connections tab and click the Lan Settings button at bottom
  
• Uncheck Use a Proxy server for your LAN
  

Then you should be able to browse to our site here.

Next, please follow the instructions at this link.

Then post the logs from MBAM, DDS, and GMER back to this link. Do not start a new topic.

Okay good enough....

Can you continue with the instructions and get the logs required? It's hard for me to know what might be going on with no logs. I'm essentially working blind that way.

I also am not able to update my malware bytes - I get an error message. I have tried to uninstall & reinstall. Very frustrating.

Again....you're infected no doubt. But I can't help unless you at least try to follow the instructions given.
