Cannot remove this

I have run many passes of malwarebytes, then combofix, then attached run. I am running malwarebytes again as I post this.

Time to wipe and reload?

First NEVER run Combofix without being guided by an expert - It can be a helpful tool but it can also be dangerous to your system -
