Used Malwarebytes but cannot connect to Internet now

I used Malwarebytes to get rid of a virus but now I'm unable to use any web browsers. I'm able to connect to my wireless network but the browsers won't connect. After running Malwarebytes I ran a full system scan using Avast. Is there something I can do to fix this problem without having to take it somewhere? Thanks!
