Antimalware Doctor Infection

Hi,

I was infected with the Antimalware Doctor virus several days ago on my PC(using Windows 7) and have tried removing it with malwarebytes (build 4076), avast, and avira but my computer seems to be crippled. There are many problems I have found:

*Internet Explorer and Chrome will not connect to the internet (I am using firefox now).

*Microsoft update won't connect.

*I cannot run System Restore (even though I am logged on as Administrator, it says I am not)

I think the virus has altered my connection and administrative privileges with windows 7.

Would VERY much appreciate any help someone can offer.

Well, I've tried to do some things myself, but my windows security center still isn't working and it looks like still have a lot of "files missing" when I run Malwarebytes. Can someone just give me some tips on how to solve these missing file problems? THANKS
