Cant open malwarebytes

Hi just wondering if any one could help me? I have AntiSpyware soft on my computer, and it is stopping me from opneing anything executable.

I cant open task manager, command prompt, AVG, or malwarebytes.

I can use mozila firefox though.

Also malwarebytes is saying runtime error 0 just before AntiSpyware Soft cuts it off.
