...no thanks.

Apr 30 was my first post, and didn't get a single response.

I ended up solving the problem myself, after 10 days of having a non-functional computer.

You should at least enable people to edit their posts so that if they have to add information, it doesn't look like they're being helped by someone else (eg the post count would still be zeron) I think that's why my post was ignored.

Again thanks for all you do... but you did nothing... so no thanks.

Please accept my apologies on behalf of Malwarebytes, for your experience. We have a team that is dedicated to helping, and they do all they can, some on their own free time, to help our users. Though not excusing this experience, there is occasion that a post goes unanswered, but this is not typical, and if you find your post going unanswered, please either PM a moderator, or contact the helpdesk at support@malwarebytes.org

Post editing isn't allowed until your an Honorary Member. To become one you need to have made 50 posts. Malwarebytes had to add restrictions to that because people would abuse it with spam and such. We do apologize for the no response. Many of us are volunteers and such(like myself)which may not have an answer or be busy.

You seam to have a nasty Vundo infection and running AVG, IObit Security 360 and ESET NOD32 Antivirus at the same time and you posted multiple times in Malware Removal - HijackThis Logs causing delay in a response as the Experts are busy:

I would only post one log at once. Takes up much space as well as longer responses when posting more then one. Now if it were a hijackthis log and mbam log that would be not bad. But posting multiple large logs like that you can expect long delay.
