After scanning and deleting, the malware is still there?

As we don't work on Malware removal or diagnostics in the general forums, please follow the directions below.

  • Please print out, read, and follow the directions here, skipping any steps you are unable to complete. Then post a NEW topic here.

I did the full scan of my computer, then "remove all"ed the files, and deleted them from quarantine, but even after restart I still have "Antimalware Doctor" popping up, I can't get rid of it, help?

Did you try running full scan in Safe Mode with Networking?
